    Any business needs to be well organized and run properly in order to succeed. Management of your window tinting business requires skills beyond simply being able to install window film. It requires skills in accounting, marketing, sales and more.

    Does anyone know how to manage a tint shop so the installers don’t waste film and cost the shop money?
